Hello is a reasonable place to begin.
A new market question does not need a polished pitch. It can begin with a direct explanation of what you have made, what you are unsure about, and what kind of answer would be genuinely useful. We value a bounded question over a large promise.
Bring the actual question
Perhaps a public lesson uses an analogy that may not travel. Perhaps a product’s first users are unclear. Perhaps a creator wants to know whether a claim needs support. State the question in ordinary language; there is no need to frame it as a project.
Leave room for uncertainty
We can separate information you know from an interpretation that needs checking. That makes the reply easier to use and protects against accidental overstatement. An uncertain answer can still be a helpful answer when it explains what would make it clearer.
Respect the work
Sending an inquiry leaves the work with its owner. It is not approval to copy files, produce a translation, use a likeness, sell a programme, recruit students, or distribute a recording. Those actions need appropriate authority outside this inbox.
